The European Big Data Value Forum (EBDVF) is the main event of the European Big Data and Data-Driven AI Research and Innovation community. The 2019 edition will take place on October 14-16 in Helsinki, and it has a main theme: AI and Big Data transforming Business and Society. You can join the event with a “B2BALTIC Pass”, which allow you to participate for 1 day to the event (for the 3 days full event, contact B2BALTIC for availability check!) and to the B2BALTIC operations, with a membership in community and business Television access for 12 months.
Every year the European Center for Trading Startups Innovation & Smartcities B2BALTIC facilitate international trading, cultural exchange, social development in Europe and smartcities development. The center also organizes over 50 business events per year in Europe together with Retail Hub, High-Tech Hub, Digital-Transformation Hub, Real Estate Hub, Luxury Hub, Investors Club, Marketing & Communications Hub, Mentors Club, Bio & Pharma hub, the TV team, the channel Startups TV (to boost projects via video-pitch and search for investors), the successful channel “Startups TV WOMEN” (to boost women in entrepreneurship) and the first European Webinars TV.
EBDVF 2019 is organised by BDVA, in collaboration of the European Commission and VTT as the main local organizer. The European Big Data Value Forum 2019 aims to continue the success of previous editions, where on average every year around 700 industry professionals, business developers, researchers, and policymakers coming from 40 different countries attended the event. It will be organised in October and we expect 600 participants. The organiser committee of this event includes, in addition to BDVA, the EC and VTT, multiple Finnish industrial, Innovation and Research players as well as international companies and other research institutions.
Join this main social event on the 14th of October at the Pörssi. Just 13 minutes walking from Scandic Marina Congress Center. A welcome toast with sparkling wine will be ready for you at 8 pm. After this, we proceed to the dining hall to enjoy a menu dinner. Pörssi, the Gray Granite House was built between 1911 and 1912. The building is commonly kept as one of the 20th century’s most impressive works of Finnish Jugend-architecture. Designed by architect Lars Sonk. Places for the social event are limited.
