Our press redaction went to discover a new exciting facility introduced in the European B2BALTIC, continental hub for trading-innovation and smartcities. Another amazing model, actually non-profit, but “revenue-generator” indirectly. And not only good for business. It´s also way for business cultural exchange between professional business travelers. The Office-sharing allows you, as a member of this community, to actually exchange part of your office, the best one, the conference room, with all your presentation equipment, for a limited time one, with another business member, guest in your premises. It´s just for a few hours, obviously as many often as you like. The facility is in beta-test and represent a social business experiment conducted by the global movement Smart&Digitalcities™ , a smart idea of Advocate Daniel Janetschek (Janetschek & Partners)
“B2B Host Program in short” is a part of the community policy for all members who agree with this special condition. It is possible to active during the membership application (professionals can start in the community for free, changing the membership when they want later). It allows you to provide another member of the community with your equiped business rooms for at least 2 hours per calendar year (or more as you wish). You provide WIFI, base media equipment for presentations (projector is not mandatory but a plus, however a digital screen present is needed!) and you respect the privacy of your guest during the short use of the rooms for the best experience. Reviews-exchange may be possible. The facility is at the moment free of charge to all our members (free, special, sponsors, honorary, donors, contributors). It´s recommended above all in Helsinki, Tampere, Stockholm, Malmo, Tallinn, Tartu, Riga, Vilnius, Klaipeda, Warsaw, Berlin, Copenhagen, Oslo, Saint Petersburg, Vienna, Zurich, Washington, New-York, Dubai, Milan, Bologna and Genoa.
